1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery to United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any where else.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days, Cost: £3.50 GBP
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days, Cost: £8.00 GBP
  • All orders above £29.00 GBP is entitled for Free Standard Shipping
  • All orders above £35.00 GBP is entitled for Free Express Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use Evri to deliver our orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice with further instructions. Please follow the instructions to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up.
